Mori Seiki University Education On Demand (EOD) uses unique 3D virtual machines to provide hands on experience in the safety of a digital environment. With complete interactivity, the trainee gains practical machining experience in a virtual environment, without the risk of lost production time and costly scrap. These courses provide a level of detail previously unmatched in online learning environments.
Manufacturing Skills - Those skills we expect operators and machinists to have in order to be productive. MSU’s Education-On-Demand skill training includes access to five (5) skill-based learning programs. Course offerings will expand in the future. These five courses represent over 30 hours of online training and are currently available for purchase as a bundled package or individually.
Machine Operation Skills – Those skills we expect operators and machinists to have in order to operate the most popular Mori Seiki machine models, approximately 4 to 6 hours of online learning per machine model. As modules become available, current and new owners will receive two (2) complimentary licenses that will allow unlimited access for 6 months. Students can complete their Education-On-Demand online training before the machine delivers.
