It accommodates a maximum machining diameter of 12 mm (0.47 inches) and a machining length of 135 mm (5.31 inches) per chucking. The main spindle operates at speeds up to 12,000 rpm, while the back spindle reaches 7,000 rpm, facilitating efficient simultaneous front and back machining. The B12EVI is equipped with 12 to 16 tool positions, including live cross tools and front/back ID tools, enhancing its versatility for complex operations. Its fully electronic servo system eliminates the need for hydraulic and pneumatic components, reducing maintenance requirements and increasing reliability.
