The HALTER LoadAssistant® TURNSTACKER system is optimized for pairing with turning centers and lathe type machines. The storage system features a stackable layout that allows for higher capacities of smaller parts. The TURNSTACKER system has a turn-around station for two-sided machining.

The servo-controlled d oor openers are supplied with a control box equipped with a Siemens control module that is self-learning and automatically detects resistance. The AutoDoor can automatically open at the end of the machine cycle, providing a clear visual that the CNC cycle is finished. The door open is a better indication the machine is idle than an end-of-cycle light and therefore boosts awareness and productivity.
